Six-month warranty. The warranty is no longer applicable In case of lightning, short-circuit, overload, too low current and intervention of technician not recognized by Valerio Canez S.A or In case of mistreatment of the device (break).
Category 3: Air conditioners, freezers, electric refrigerators
One-year warranty. The warranty is no longer applicable In case of lightning, short-circuit, overload, too low current and intervention of technician not recognized by Valerio Canez S.A or In case of mistreatment of the device (break, bad cleaning, stroke of peak, etc...)
Category 4: Freezers, propane or kerosene refrigerators
1-year warranty, including ammonia system. The warranty is no longer applicable In case of lightning, short-circuit, overload, too low current and technician intervention not recognized by Valerio Canez S.A.
Category 5: Gas and Electric Ovens
One-year warranty. The warranty is no longer applicable In case of lightning, short-circuit, overload, too low current and technician intervention not recognized by Valerio Canez S.A., in case of button or valves broken by pressure, burners damaged by lack of cleaning
Category 6: Generators, Welder and Honda Pumps
6-month warranty including free material (filter and oil) for first service after 8jrs or 50hrs of use. The Warranty is no longer applicable in case of overload, misuse, poor installation, if the service is not done regularly every 150 hours (except the pumps) or in case of intervention of unqualified technician.
Category 7: Yamaha or Fuji Generators
1-year warranty including free material (filter and oil) for first service after 50 hours of use. The Warranty is no longer applicable in case of overload, misuse, poor installation, if the service is not done regularly every 250 hours or in case of intervention of unqualified technician.
Category 8: SDMO Generators
1 year or 1000 hrs warranty including free material (filter and oil) for first service after 50 hours of use. The Warranty is no longer applicable in case of overload, misuse, poor installation, if the service is not done regularly every 250 hours or in case of intervention of unqualified technician.
Category 9: Inverters
One-year warranty. The warranty is no longer applicable
If the installation of the device is not done by VCSA
If the inverter has been neglected, physically damaged or altered internally or externally
If the inverter has been the subject of a fire, water damage, lightning strike, short-circuit, overload, widespread corrosion, biological infestation or entry voltage exceeding the maximum or minimum limits
If the inverter labels have been erased or altered
Category 10: Washing and drying machine
One-year warranty. The warranty is no longer applicable In case of lightning, short-circuit, overload, too low current, improper installation or misuse, intervention of unqualified technician.
Category 11: Mixer (Blender), Fan, Iron
One-month warranty.
